Hone means bones and Nashi means without. Hence, enjoy this delicious salt-grilled salmon without worrying about its bones!

  • Already seasoned
  • Warm it up in the oven or pan-fry it. 
  • Garnish with grated radish for contrast in flavour. 

To store:

  • Please keep the fish in the freezer
  • Once defrosted, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
