Karasu Garei (Greenland Halibut) Nitsuke
The Karasu Garei, or greenland halibut, originates from Portugal and is a rich and oily fish. It has been simmered in soy sauce and mirin, so all you have to do is heat it up.
- Each packet comes with one piece of fish
- Simply heat up in the microwave or in a boiling water bath
- Keep in the freezer
- Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
- Do not re-freeze after thawing.
