Mebaru Nitsuke (Simmered Rockfish)
Nitsuke to stew in a broth made with soy sauce, mirin and sake. The texture of the mebaru is firm and flavourful.
- All you need to do is defrost and heat it up.
- Place packet in boiling water for 6 min.
- Alternatively, heat it up in the microwave for at least 2 min.
- Pair with a bowl of rice or noodles.
- Please keep the fish in the freezer.
- Consume within 2 days after defrosting.
