Nitsuke to stew in a broth made with soy sauce, mirin and sake. The texture of the mebaru is firm and flavourful. 

  • 150g 
  • All you need to do is defrost and heat it up. 
  • Place packet in boiling water for 6 min. 
  • Alternatively, heat it up in the microwave for at least 2 min. 
  • Pair with a bowl of rice or noodles. 


To store: 

  • Please keep the fish in the freezer.
  • Consume within 2 days after defrosting.
