With the added flavour of Yuzu, those who dislike blue-backed fish can enjoy this delicacy. Salt used is reduced by half compared to conventionally dried fish by soaking the fish for a longer period of time in a uniquely formulated low-concentration brine. With the reduced salt usage, the fish has a fluffier and softer texture.

Storage Instructions: To be kept in the freezer (-18°C)
