We deliver island-wide in Singapore. We do not offer international shipping as for now.

You will be entitled to free delivery for orders $50 and above. For orders below $50, there will be a $10 delivery charge. 

We deliver from Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 2pm.

Orders with Uni only requires 1 processing day, thus you'd be able to get your Uni one day after you've made your order. Do indicate under 'Add Order Note' at the cart page if you'd like it to be delivered the next day :)

Should you wish to receive your items on a Sunday or Public Holiday, we will be able to arrange for you, but this comes at a charge of $15 regardless whether your total order fee surpasses $50. Do indicate under 'Add Order Note' if you'd like your order to be delivered on a Sunday or Public Holiday and we will make the necessary changes to your delivery date.

Yes! Do indicate your delivery date at the cart page before checking out.

For orders with Uni, do let us know under 'Add Order Note' if you want it delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) :)

Any changes to the delivery should be done at least 1 day before your intended delivery date. Do email us with your changes. Changes include: delivery date, delivery location etc. 

Pre-orders are for items that are air-flown directly from Japan weekly. These items are normally fresh and are kept chilled. Therefore, they can only be stored for a few days. To minimise wastage, we only order the amount from the pre-orders, preventing any extras from going to waste. 

Our air cargo days are on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

Since the items are fresh, it is best to receive it on the day our air cargo arrives, i.e. Tuesday and Friday.

We may contact you to reschedule your delivery if your delivery day is not suitable. If we are unable to rearrange with you, we will have to cancel your pre-order, with a full refund for the item.

Kaizenya's priority is to ensure that customers receive the best quality goods for the enjoyment in the comforts of their own home. Hence, should your products be unsatisfactory, you may opt for a refund for your product. 

We will only issue refunds for items that are wrong or of poor quality. Do email us within 24 hours of receiving your items with your order number and any pictures of these items so we can verify.

Do note that each refund will be reviewed case by case. We reserve the right to deny a request for refunds if it does not fulfil our refund policy or any reason whatsoever. 

Currently, we do not provide exchanges for our items. Please opt for a refund for your items instead, should you be unsatisfied with them.
