We ship island-wide in Singapore. We currently do not offer international delivery.
You will be entitled to free delivery for orders $30 and above. For orders below $30, there will be a $10 delivery charge.
We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 9am to 2pm.
Should you wish to receive your items on another day apart from Tuesday and Friday, we will be able to arrange for you, but at a charge of $8 regardless of whether your order is $60 and above. Do drop us an email (please state your order ID, delivery address and date of delivery) and we will make the change to your delivery date.

Any changes to the delivery should be done at least 1 day before your intended delivery date. Do email us with your changes. Changes include: delivery date, delivery location etc.
As our products need to either be chilled or frozen, it is important that someone will be able to receive the order to store it. As part of the delivery process, we will text you before we dispatch out for delivery to ensure that someone will be at home to receive your orders.
Upon reaching your delivery location, if there is no response at the door and we are unable to reach you, delivery will be rearranged. Please note that we will charge you an additional $8 for redelivery. Should you wish to cancel your order after a delivery attempt has been made, we will issue you a refund for your order minus a $10 service fee.
Pre-orders are for items that are air-flown directly from Japan weekly. These items are normally fresh and are kept chilled. Therefore, they can only be stored for a few days. To minimise wastage, we only order the amount from the pre-orders, preventing any extras from going to waste.
Our air cargo days are on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Since the items are fresh, it is best to receive it on the day our air cargo arrives, i.e. Tuesday and Friday.
We may contact you to reschedule your delivery if your delivery day is not suitable. If we are unable to rearrange with you, we will have to cancel your pre-order, with a full refund for the item.
We do not deliver pre-order items on Monday as they would not be fresh anymore. We do not wish to give you products that are not of top quality and freshness. Hence, we seek your understanding for this and we hope to have a solution for this in the future.
Returns and Exchanges
Kaizenya's priority is to ensure that customers receive the best quality goods for the enjoyment in the comforts of their own home. Hence, should your products be unsatisfactory, you may opt for a refund for your product.
We will only issue refunds for items that are wrong or of poor quality. Do email uswithin 24 hours of receiving your items with your order number and any pictures of these items so we can verify.
Do note that each refund will be reviewed case by case. We reserve the right to deny a request for refunds if it does not fulfil our refund policy or any reason whatsoever.
Currently, we do not provide exchanges for our items. Please opt for a refund for your items instead, should you be unsatisfied with them.
