  • Our current batch of Oysters originate from Hyogo Prefecture in Japan

Steps:

  • Open up the airtight bag and pick the oysters you wish to consume. The balance can safe keep in airtight ziplog bag or container and place it in the freezer.
  • You may briefly rinse the outside with cold water and pat dry them.
  • Place the oysters on a tray or plate to catch any meltwater.
  • Put it in the chiller section (0 – 4 °C) for 6- 8 hours - This is the ideal method.
  • If you need it fast, place the oysters in cold ice water for 1-2hours.
  • Once fully thawed, the shelves can be easily opened with a method spoon. Drain excess liquid gently.
  • Serve immediately — do not refreeze or leave at room temperature.
  • If you need to serve a later stage, shrink wrap and place it is chiller compartment of your fridge

To store: 

  • Store it in the freezer for up to 2 months 
  • Once defrosted, consume immediately
