  • Make sushi or put on top of rice 
  • This is trout ikura which is smaller and more delicate, with a fishier and gamier taste as compared to salmon ikura.

To store:

  • Keep in the freezer
  • Once defrosted, consume immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
